We are excited to announce:

that Foothills Visiting Nurse and Home Care (Est. 1922), VNA Northwest (Est. 1928), and Salisbury Visiting Nurse Association (Est. 1904) have joined forces and merged to form a new agency, Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County. All three agencies have been caring for the residents of Litchfield County for a century or more.  Learn more about the positive impact this will have on the communities we serve.  Press Release
